LIVING ROOM 1) Vacuum OR sweep and mop living room weekly. 2) Dust living room lamps, tables, tv weekly. 3) Surface clean living room as stated above weekly. 4) * Wax living room furniture one time a month. 5) * Dust blinds, curtains and window frames monthly. 6) * Dust door frames and baseboards monthly. 7) Put clothes in hamper if any. 8) Put dishes in dishwasher if any. 9) Place toys in closet if any. 10) You tell me if you need more or less, No problem. KITCHEN 1) Load and run dishwasher 2) Wipe and disinfect counter tops. weekly. 3) Clean kitchen sink weekly. 4) Surface clean. 5) Sweep, mop weekly. * 6) Wax floor monthly. * 7) Dust light fixtures / ceiling fan monthly. *8) Wipe down cabinets every other month. 9) Take out kitchen trash, wipe out and replace trash bag. 11) 10) You tell me if you need more or less, No problem. 3 BEDROOMs 1) Strip sheets and apply clean sheets, make bed. 2) Deposit dirty sheets in hamper. 3) Vacuum or sweep and mop. 4) Clean mirror with Windex. 5) Dust surfaces weekly. 6) Deposit clothes on floor, bed in hamper. 7) Put shoes in closet. 8) * Dust light fixtures / ceiling fan monthly. 9) Take out bedroom trash and replace trash bag. 10) Place toys in closet if any. 11) You tell me if you need more or less, No problem. ENTRY – Dust Furniture, sweep, mop. Windex front door window inside and out. 2 – BATHROOMs - 1) Clean and disinfect tub. 2) Clean and disinfect shower. 3) Clean counters 4) Clean mirror 5) Clean toilet. 6) Take a load dirty towels, dirty washcloths to washer and start washer. 7) Put up clean towels. 8) Sweep and mop. 9) Clean sinks. 10) Take out trash and replace trash bag. 11) You tell me if you need more or less, No problem. DINNING ROOM 1) Dust 2) Sweep 3) Mop 4) Vacuum 5) Wipe table 6) Surface clean. First visit is Intense Cleanup: These cleanups will take between 1-2 hours per room depending on how much cleaning house has had lately = 2nd and so on is Maintenance cleaning: I offer Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Bi-Monthly. I also do Holiday decorations indoor and front porch only. References available upon request.
