Zero support for 4x4s holding up a 2nd floor porch roof, only support was a facia board attached with 2 nails to each joist.- before.

After - 100% supported by 4x4’s and 6x6x6’s. Every lower joist 4 constructions screws and and 4x4 and 6x6 lagged in to support not only the roof but help transfer weight to the lower 6x6 frame supports. New facia board and inner 4x4

New tub, new fixtures, and tub/shower surround. Cleaned out drain pipe and elevated to assist in proper draining. New luxury vinyl tile flooring as well. No better flooring than waterproof flooring for a bathroom!
