✨ MEET CHARELL ✨

It’s time we officially introduced one of the people who has made a BIG impact behind the scenes at Mean Clean Services — Charell! 💚🧹

Charell is hardworking, dependable, detail-oriented, and consistent, but what really makes her stand out is the way she’s helped us improve how we clean.

She has played a huge role in helping us nail down workflows and routines that make our cleans more efficient and consistent, especially at some of our largest commercial accounts. She doesn’t just follow a process — she pays attention to what works, what doesn’t, and how we can do it BETTER.

And some of her ideas have genuinely been game changers.

From new techniques and cleaning tips to better routines and more efficient ways of tackling a property, Charell has helped improve our cleaning practices across the board.

She’s also naturally stepped into a leadership role within our team. She helps guide new team members, shares what she knows, and helps make sure our standards are being carried from one cleaner to the next.

As Mean Clean grows, we don’t just need people who can clean — we need people who can think, lead, problem-solve, and help us build better systems. Charell has proven that she can do all of those things.

We’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of the Mean Clean team, and we can’t wait to see her continue to grow with us. 💚✨

Everyone help us show Charell some love!

We’re not the cheapest cleaning company—and that’s intentional. Here’s why.

When you hire Mean Clean Services, you’re investing in more than just a clean home or office.

You’re supporting a team of hardworking people who genuinely care about the work they do. We’ve built a company where our employees are respected, heard, and given the flexibility to create schedules that allow for a healthy work-life balance. We believe people do their best work when they feel valued—and our team proves that every day.

We also hold ourselves to a higher standard. We don’t rush through jobs or cut corners just to offer the lowest price. We take pride in being thorough, consistent, and dependable because that’s what our clients deserve.

Beyond cleaning, we’re proud to partner with Cleaning for a Reason, providing free home cleanings to cancer patients during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Every client who chooses us helps make that mission possible.

Our goal has never been to be the cheapest option.

Our goal is to be the company you can trust to treat your home with the same care and attention we’d give our own.

Quality. Integrity. People. That’s the Mean Clean difference. 💗

✨ This is why we love what we do. ✨

Receiving reviews like this reminds us that cleaning is about so much more than making a home look nice—it’s about helping people through some of life’s most difficult moments.

Thank you, Traci, for trusting Mean Clean Services to help prepare your stepdad’s home for its next chapter. It was truly an honor to be there for your family during such a difficult time.

Whether it’s a routine cleaning, a deep clean, a move-out, or helping a family after the loss of a loved one, we treat every home with the same care, respect, and attention to detail that we’d want for our own families.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Your support, referrals, and reviews help our small, locally owned business continue serving families across Central Arkansas.

If you’re looking for a cleaning company that genuinely cares, we’d love the opportunity to earn your trust.
