Hey everyone, Caleb here with Active Trapping!

We just finished inspecting a vacation mobile home for a customer who lives out of state. They had someone checking on the home periodically, but unfortunately, nobody knew to flush the toilets. Over time, the water evaporated from the toilet traps, allowing rodents to enter the home through the sewer system.

Just a friendly reminder, if you’re leaving your home vacant for an extended period, make sure someone is running water in the sinks, showers, and flushing the toilets regularly. This simple step can help prevent rodents and other unwanted pests from entering your home.

We absolutely love what we do and helping the wonderful people in our community!
