The door beside it was pinched in place from the building shifting.
A few adjustments, reinforcement and persuasion. both doors run like new. And will continue to be a great investment to the new homeowners for years to come.

Customer complaints of bowling ball noise in the trunk. And no charge to the battery. Passenger strut bushings were worn tho, threatening to go tho the truck of the vehicle. Replaced both sides properly along with a new alternator. the customer was extremely happy. Being the customers main source of income. I was able to get them parts in and installed right away and get them back on the road. right in there own driveway
