If the this company tells you to call the city out to clean out the city clean out and follow up that doesn’t mean call one time and now u get free jobs from Bronoco’s Plumbing LLC that means “Call the city to clean out the city clean out” if you call them and they say they investigated then that means they didn’t do anything and if your drain was already backed up from the city and they tell you they investigated and didn’t actually do anything that means your drain isn’t going to open. Until the CITY COMES IYT AND CLEANS ITT THE CITY COEAB OUT AS ADVISED! Understandable water in your basement is never a good feeling when you have valueable items bt if you care for those items just follow the process that is told to you by your local plumber. City workers are sub contractors they will never wanna do work cause they get paid weather they do work or not. Call they do they can do they work plz and thank you don’t look at the plumber as if he didn’t do his job.
