📢 NOW HIRING: Painters & Move-Out Cleaners (Contract/1099) 📢
Patee Industries LLC is expanding our team for an upcoming large-scale Commercial project in the Wichita area! We are currently bidding on a 70+ unit apartment turnover and are looking to connect with reliable independent contractors who want to stay busy.

The Project:
Scope: 77 apartment units (back-to-back turnovers).

Work Needed: Professional Interior Painting & Deep Move-Out Cleaning.

Timeline: Project-based (expected to move quickly once initiated).

What We’re Looking For:
(2) Experienced Painters: Must have your own basic tools/transportation and an eye for detail.

(2-3) Detailed Cleaners: Experience in move-out/turnover cleaning preferred.

Requirements:
Must be an Independent Contractor (1099).

Reliability is non-negotiable—we will be working these units in a row.

High standard of "move-in ready" quality.
