Don’t delete just yet! This is not just another generic “Official stance on (insert big word with numbers and lots of syllables)”. Nope..it’s just a simple check in..and after a number of phone calls and emails with a variety of questions and concerns, it’s obvious that now is the appropriate time to communicate.
First off, this is not a marketing effort. I have seen many companies promote sensational ads, make irresponsible claims...all the while reaching out behind the scenes asking for pricing models and direction on how to use products and equipment they have never used prior to this health and safety dynamic came to light.
Secondly, this is not a desperate cry for business or patronage. Hawkeye has been serving the Denver community for over 30 years, and has certainly experienced challenges..and we will continue to be thankful both in the good times and in the bad. Like the rest of you, the last few weeks and predictably the next few are going to be a bit rough, but we would never use a situation like this to try to capitalize off of the fear, emotion, or “what if’s” of property owners, even if it were to eventually mean making some very tough decisions for our company.
With those qualifiers out of the way, this message is to simply communicate that even with the mayor’s “Stay at Home Ordinance”, our services have been deemed “essential” both in the infrastructure and business section of the resource guide found at denvergov.org. We certainly understand that the term “essential” can be relative, and we completely respect our customers that have decided to reschedule for a month or two down the road. Rest assured that we have combined all suggested precautions with additional in-house cleaning and safety measures to serve you in any capacity you would like. Achieving and maintaining a healthy indoor living environment has always been our bread and butter, and we believe that these services are just as essential now as they ever have been.
