Hello all!

As many of you are aware - heck, some of you are even my customers, so you do know - my cleaning business is just that, a business. It is not a side hustle or a part-time gig. My business was built from an idea that has blossomed into my livelihood and how I raise my daughter and support my household.

My schedule is tight; I often work 6-7 days a week to fit in last-minute requests and current customers who may have run into issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later. I also have a waiting list for new customers who need my services, but I simply do not have extra slots to fit them into.

With that being the case, I have recently had several last-minute cancellations, which then lead to scheduling headaches and, of course, loss of my income. There will always be understanding for true emergencies, but as of today, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be billed based on your normal cleaning charge for that day.

Your time is valuable, and I do my best to provide you with top-notch service that is completed in a timely fashion and as previously scheduled. As I recognize that in my clients, I ask that you also consider that for me too. My time with you is counted on to live, raise my daughter, and contribute to my household. Small businesses depend on loyal customers, and again, thank you to all of mine!
