Ocean Tides Cleaning & Co-Hosting, LLC Vacation Condo Cleaning & Co-Hosting With a dream of stability and flexibility, we set forth and hoped for the best!

Eight years later, we are thriving and continuing to grow. We have had some massive growing pains and worked our way through! We take pride in each and every property that we service and are always looking for ways we can improve! Our most asked question is what we offer.

1. Vacation Rental Co-Hosting on Airbnb, VRBO and any other platform that you chose to have your vacation condo listed on. Th

is service includes greeting guests if needed, making sure the guests know where they are staying and what to expect during their stay as well as addressing any and all issues that may arise during a stay. This leaves our condo owners more time to sit back and relax while their investment property makes residual income.

2. We clean in between guests - this includes washing of the linens, supplying the consumables that are in each condo and taking care of any issues that arise during the cleaning.

3. Handyman services - We are licensed and do basic Handyman services. Removing and replacing various items that become worn or damaged in the condo, updating old and installing new items and making sure that everything is in tip top shape for guests to enjoy their experience.

We've come across some disturbing scenes, but this one exceeded all others. The smell, which is not visible, is a testament to weeks and months of neglect, with dog urine and f***s, cockroaches on every surface, and spiders everywhere. This was the last of the squatters at the motel, and the space has been cleared and flooring removed. Stay tuned for updates on the forthcoming renovation and restoration. Thanks to a dedicated team for tackling this challenging task.

Commencing with the most severe problem, the air conditioning system had been non-functional for a month, the slider door seal was missing, and the ceiling exhibited widespread mildew growth. Understanding the cleaning process necessitates recognizing the difference between mildew, which is typically surface-level and easily eradicable, and mold.

Interestingly, the owner was informed that a complete renovation was required, despite the mildew being confined to the surface. Pur crew stepped in and took on the challenge of cleaning the ceiling.

The owner was advised to replace any and all furnishings with mildew and she graciously replaced every piece of furniture!

We've been exceptionally productive. We have acquired 17 new condos at a single complex. So far, we've gained access to and initiated changes in 8, with the remaining to follow after Thanksgiving. I must acknowledge the invaluable contributions of my outstanding team, without whom none of this would be possible.
