This past Sunday we had the opportunity to work for Dallas Mavericks legend and current local game broadcaster Derek Harper for the second time!

The first time we worked with him, we wanted to respect his privacy. But after getting to know him a bit more, we asked if he would be open to taking a picture with us for social media, and he was more than happy to.

It means a lot to all of us at Pit Stop Pressure Wash that he trusts in our values and the quality of our work.

He is truly one of the best people we have had the chance to meet. He lives a blessed life and genuinely wants to share that with others, which is something you do not come across often.

New concrete can be surprisingly tricky to clean if you don’t know exactly what you’re doing.

In the first 3–4 years, it’s still very delicate and a lot easier to damage than people think. On top of that, it tends to get dirty faster during this stage.

Cleaning it the right way means using the correct amount of pressure along with the proper mix of industry-standard chemicals like SH.

If it’s done wrong, you can actually etch the surface and permanently damage it. I attached a photo so you can see what that looks like (definitely not our work).

If you’ve got newer concrete, it’s something you really want handled by a professional company that knows how to do it the right way 👍🏻
