🏔️ TEXAS MEETS COLORADO! 🤠

Here’s a sneak peek at a project we just wrapped up in Van Alstyne! We teamed up with Mark Melton Custom Homes to create something truly incredible.

We lined the entire home with massive boulders sourced from Colorado, bringing a rugged mountain feel to Texas. The rockwork on this project is absolutely insane! 🔥

From the front to the back, every detail was thoughtfully designed and executed:
🪨 Massive Colorado boulders surrounding the home
🌱 Artificial turf in the front and backyard
💧 A beautiful dry creek bed
🌿 Custom landscaping throughout the property
🪜 Stunning marble steps
🚶 Crushed granite walkways winding over some seriously impressive natural stones, creating a one-of-a-kind bridge leading to the front door.

This property is the perfect combination of natural beauty, creativity, and craftsmanship. It's not every day you get to bring this kind of vision to life!

We're getting drone footage of the entire property, so stay tuned. More pictures and a full project reveal are coming soon! 👀

Using ½" rebar with a double-mat steel configuration in areas specified by the structural engineer can provide significantly more reinforcement than a basic single-mat system. The steel helps the concrete pool shell resist bending, cracking, and stresses caused by soil movement.

A pool is essentially a large concrete structure sitting in the ground. If the soil beneath or around that structure moves, the pool needs enough structural strength to better handle those forces.
