Encapsulation is only PART of the moisture-control equation. 💧

One of the mistakes we see is a crawlspace that has been sealed up beautifully… but there’s no dehumidifier installed to actually control the humidity inside that newly enclosed space.

High humidity can lead to:
⚠️ Mold and mildew growth
⚠️ Musty odors
⚠️ Condensation on ductwork and surfaces
⚠️ Moisture in floor joists and subflooring

Seeing customer service mistakes firsthand taught me exactly what I wanted to do differently in my own business, communicate better, follow through, and treat every customer the way we would want to be treated.

We use durable 12-mil encapsulation material on every installation. 💪

Most projects take about a day to properly prep the crawlspace, followed by another day or two to install the encapsulation system the right way.

Nothing like looking up at a job well done. 💪

This project started with mold on the floor joists and humidity in the upper 80% range. After the microbial treatment and our encapsulation, all is right with the world, or at least this crawlspace is.
