Post Labor Day Clean-Up 🧹

Saturday was clearly a good, busy night.

Sunday morning brought all the glamorous parts of commercial cleaning - sticky floors, debris, bathrooms needing extra attention, and things I'd rather not identify 🫣

But there's something super satisfying about walking into a place of business that clearly had a busy night and leaving it clean, reset, and ready to open its doors again.

Commercial cleaning isn't always pretty but leaving a place refreshed never gets old 😍

WE'RE HIRING!

As summer winds down, Loon & Broom is looking to add 2 Short-Term Rental Cleaners to our team!

This fall and winter will be slower, which makes it the perfect time to bring on a couple of great people, work alongside me, learn our properties and standards, and be fully trained before things get BUSY again next spring and summer.

📍 Properties throughout Crosslake, Crosby, Nisswa, Emily & Outing
🕙 Most hours fall between 10 AM–4 PM
📅 Days vary based on guest checkouts - weekend availability is a must
❄️ Hours will be minimal/part-time through the winter, with the opportunity for significantly more hours during our busy season

No professional cleaning experience required. I'm much more interested in finding someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and takes genuine pride in doing a great job.

Short-term rental cleaning is more than making beds and wiping counters. We're the last set of eyes on a property before a guest walks through the door, and the work we do directly impacts their experience.

When the business gets busy, apparently the page goes quiet 🫣

Between daily commercial cleans, municipalities, vacation rental turnovers, training up staff, and onboarding new clients - Loon & Broom has had a wonderfully busy summer.

As peak season starts winding down here in the Crosslake area, we're looking ahead to the last few weeks of summer and into fall. While our calendar has been full, we have just a handful of dates remaining between now and fall for those last minute vacation rental bookings or end-of-season cleans.
