---"The Stella" Up to 1000sqft-starting at $145; additional square footage is .20 per sqft there after. Includes dusting, cleaning of windows, general organization, disinfectant, mopping and vacuuming.
---"Victory" Up to 1500sqft- starting at $180; additional square footage is .20 per sqft there after. Includes dusting, cleaning of windows, general organization, disinfectant, mopping and vacuuming.
---Additional noting- Any home or apartment over 1500sqft will require a quote that will be free of charge to the client.
---Laundry services- can be included in any package for an additional charge per load. Client must provide detergents, softeners, bleach etc.
---Condos- All condo services require a quote free of charge to the client. Pricing begins at $160 and goes up from there.
---Deep cleans- All deep clean services require a quote free of charge to the client. Pricing begins at $185 and goes up from there depending on client needs and expectations as well as square footage.
---Move outs- All move out clean services require a quote free of charge to the client. Pricing begins at $185 and goes up from there depending on client needs and expectations as well as square footage.
---Business package- Requires a quote free of charge to the client. Window cleaning is an additional price however can be included for government, county or city office buildings.

Military, law enforcement and government employees receive the following discount-$40 off your first cleaning.
--- Referral program- if you as a current client refers another client and they book an appointment, you will both receive $35 off any cleaning services of your choice
