✨ MEET ANNIE ✨
If you’ve been following Annie’s Clean & Tidy for a while, I thought it was finally time to introduce the woman behind the business.
I’m Annie.
For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving Creston and the surrounding communities, and what started as “just cleaning houses” has quietly become so much more than that.
People often ask me why I still clean after all these years.
The answer is simple.
Because I genuinely love caring for people.
I believe our homes tell the story of our lives. They witness birthdays, new babies, holidays, heartbreak, healing, illnesses, late-night conversations, quiet mornings, and everything in between. Home is where life happens, and I don’t take lightly the trust people place in me when they hand me a key.
I’m not interested in creating a picture-perfect house for social media. I’m interested in creating a space that feels peaceful when you walk through the front door.
Over the last two decades, I’ve learned that cleaning isn’t really about scrubbing countertops or making beds. It’s about lifting a burden off someone’s shoulders. Sometimes my clients need help because life is busy. Sometimes they’re recovering from surgery. Sometimes they’re grieving. Sometimes they’re juggling careers, children, businesses, aging parents, or simply trying to catch their breath.
Whatever season you’re in, I want your home to become one less thing you have to carry. Outside of cleaning, I’m deeply passionate about psychology, trauma recovery, faith, personal growth, and understanding why people do what they do. Those passions have shaped the way I run my business. I don’t just see houses—I see people.
You’ll never find judgment here. You’ll find compassion. You’ll find respect. You’ll find someone who notices the little things because the little things matter.
My style is a little different too. I’m drawn to old books, dark academia, antique brass, rich greens, timeless craftsmanship, rainy days, and spaces that feel warm, intentional, and lived in. I believe beauty doesn’t have to be loud. Sometimes it looks like fresh sheets, clean floors, sunlight through a window, and walking into a room that finally lets your nervous system relax.
When I’m invited into your home, I treat it exactly the way I would hope someone would treat mine—with care, integrity, and gratitude.
For those wondering, yes—I use non-toxic products whenever possible, including Young Living Thieves and Norwex, because I believe taking care of a home also means taking care of the people who live in it.
Annie’s Clean & Tidy has supported my family for over two decades, but more importantly, it has allowed me to build relationships with some truly incredible people. Many of my clients have become friends, and that is something I’ll never take for granted.
So whether we’ve worked together for years or we’ve never met, thank you for being here. Thank you for supporting local businesses. Thank you for allowing me to do work that I genuinely love.
I’m not just building a cleaning company.I’m building a reputation for trust, peace, and showing up for people well.
I’m Annie. I don’t just clean homes. I care for the people who live in them. And I’m so glad you’re here. 🤍
