These policies help us provide consistent, high-quality service to all clients. Please review and keep for reference.

If we do not answer, please text or leave a message and we will return your message as soon as possible. Emergency cancellations may be sent anytime. Please keep general inquiries during office hours.

HOLIDAYS We observe: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. We will also be closed when December 24th and 31st fall on weekdays.

SERVICE RELIABILITY
We take scheduling very seriously so we can provide dependable service to every client.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Monday clients must text before noon on the previous Friday. Failure to provide proper notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel 3 times within a 12-month period, you will be permanently removed from our schedule. We heavily rely on every scheduled cleaning to keep our business running smoothly and to support our team. This policy will take effect May 1, 2026.

ACCESS TO YOUR HOME We cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to travel, weather, or prior jobs. Clients are encouraged to provide a key stored securely and anonymously. If meeting the team, arrival windows are 8:00–12:00 or 11:00–3:00.

LOCK OUTS If we cannot access your home or are turned away upon arrival, a charge of 50% of the scheduled cleaning will apply.

PAYMENT Payment is due the day of or before service. Accepted: cash, check, Venmo, Cash App. Returned checks incur a $35 fee. Failure to submit payment on time may result in suspension of future services.

HOME READINESS REQUIREMENTS Homes must be picked up and decluttered before arrival. This includes:
Kitchen and bathroom counters cleared
Dishes removed from sinks
Entire home picked up and free of clutter
Children’s rooms must be picked up and decluttered
Our team does not clean around clutter.
If the home is not ready upon arrival, cleaning will be refused and a 50% fee will apply before rescheduling.
Rooms with excessive clutter or toys will not be cleaned.

SCOPE OF SERVICE Our services are focused on cleaning, not organizing, laundry, or deep decluttering unless otherwise agreed upon.

SAFETY & HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
Sharps must be stored safely in a secure container
Hygiene products must be properly bagged and disposed of in lined trash cans
Trash cans must contain liners or will not be emptied
No lifting of heavy furniture or objects due to insurance restrictions
Please secure confidential or sensitive items before cleaning

HOME ENVIRONMENT Please set thermostat to 76 before arrival. We will adjust it per your instructions upon departure.

WEATHER / EMERGENCIES Services may be rescheduled due to severe weather or hurricanes for the safety of our team.

DAMAGE POLICY We take great care in every home. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours. We are not responsible for improperly installed fixtures or unsecured items. Valuable or irreplaceable items should be stored safely.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours so we can address them promptly.
