Our postpartum doula team is comprised of RNs, retired midwives, CNAs, and birth doulas who LOVE supporting mamas, babies AND the family unit during this transition.

Not only do they make sure you & your partner sleep while keeping baby safe - they can sterilize bottles, clean pump parts, meal prep, help with laundry and dishes, play with the siblings, walk the dog and even place your grocery order while you rest.
Research shows moms are fighting to bounce back too quickly and it impacts their overall health & healing, future pregnancies and even your pelvic floor health.

Just because you can do it all, doesn't mean you have to.

We want every mom to know she is seen, valued, and supported.

Mama Movement - Thursday, Sept. 24th at 4:30 PM at The Nest by STORK

A movement class for mamas craving movement, community & connection.

Motherhood asks us to give so much of ourselves. Mama Movement is a moment to come back to you.

This class blends yoga, functional movement, mobility, strength, and a little sweat - designed to help you reconnect with your body, move in ways that feel good, and leave feeling more grounded, energized, and alive.

But this isn’t just about movement.

It’s about Community. Connection. Being witnessed. And remembering that you are a whole person outside of your role as a mom.

Come exactly as you are. No pressure to perform, no expectation to have it all together- just a space for mamas to move, breathe, connect, and fill their own cup.

Come move with us. Come meet your people. Come back to yourself.

Class will be led by Jacqueline Hurst, an intuitive guide, life coach, and yoga teacher on a mission to support mamas on the journey of reconnecting back to their authentic selves.

This class will be held IN PERSON at The Magnolia Room at The Nest by Stork. Please register prior to event.
