I've officially done something I never thought I'd do... I'm using a vacuum other than Shark for the first time in over 10 years!
I've had so many people asking about the vacuum you've been seeing in my videos, so I wanted to share my thoughts!
I picked up the Bissell FurGuard Stick Vacuum, and the main reason I chose it is because I have 4 cats and 2 dogs. I needed something that was designed to handle pet hair and had a self-cleaning brush roll so I wasn't constantly cutting hair off the roller.
I also wanted a lightweight stick vacuum for everyday messes. With a toddler, I don't want to drag out a big, heavy vacuum after every breakfast and dinner. This has been perfect for those quick cleanups!
Here are my favorite features:
✨ It has a light! I know some stick vacuums may have lights now, but the ones I've personally owned and tried (including the Dyson models I've used) didn't. I love being able to actually see the dust, pet hair, and crumbs.
✨ The attachments are fantastic. It comes with a crevice tool and a furniture attachment that are incredibly easy to swap out. I can use it as a handheld for my stairs and furniture or attach the wand to clean baseboards and hard-to-reach areas.
✨ It's lightweight and easy to maneuver. I can zip around my bar stools and furniture without wrestling a bulky vacuum.
✨ It works great on both rugs and carpet. One of my biggest pet peeves with other vacuums is them grabbing the edge of my rugs or bunching them up. This vacuum glides from hardwood to rugs to carpet without getting stuck, but it's still powerful enough to leave those satisfying carpet lines!
✨ The battery life has been amazing. The description says it runs for up to two hours, and on medium suction for carpet and low suction for my hardwood floors, I can vacuum my entire 4,000-square-foot home on a single charge. That's something I haven't been able to do with other stick vacuums I've owned.
Overall, I've been really impressed with it! If you're in the market for a new stick vacuum especially if you have pets I definitely recommend giving this one a look.
Since so many of you have asked, I'll link it in the comments below!
