Hi Friends!!
My name is Leslie and I am the founder of Mindful Maid Cleaning Co. I was inspired to start this company because I wanted to bring mindfulness into people's homes and teach them in a more personal setting. A little bit about me. ☺️ I attended Wallace in 3rd grade, graduated from KV, and went to Cerro Coso Community College where I attained my associate's degree in human services. I then went on to Cal Poly Humboldt State to earn my BSW and finally attended the University of Southern California for my MSW degree. My graduate program emphasized adults and mental health. I have been personally practicing mindfulness since 2019 and then went on to teach mindful-based practices as a clinician during my time as an MSW Intern, in addition to applying for my associate clinical social worker license with the Board of Behavior Sciences. I am grateful to serve our community by focusing on whole-person wellness & teaching skills to improve your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. 🥰
