On Monday, Idaho’s Greatest Big Game founder Ryan Hatfield received Idaho’s Esto Perpetua Award “in honor and recognition of significant contributions to the preservation of Idaho history”. The award is given by the Idaho State Historical Society and was presented by Idaho’s First Lady, Teresa Little. It is the first time they have ever given the award for anything involving the subject of hunting. This goes along way in showing that hunting is an important part of Idaho’s history and heritage.
