Just a little reminder to clients.
1. Payment is due at time of service. I know people get busy, but I have provided a service and expect payment same day unless we have other arrangements.

2. Cancelations need to be made at least 48 hours in advance so I can plan accordingly and possibly fill your spot.

3. Have your home ready to be cleaned. Meaning clutter and items off the floor and counters. Some mess is fine, but if I'm spending time picking up and tidying up, I can't focus on cleaning your home.

4. If you're doing any renovations, adding square footage to the home, adding new pets or more things to do in the home that will take more time, please reach out to me to discuss if any changes need to be made.

I realize I'm just a cleaner, but I'm a business professional and will be respected as such. Communication is important to me. If you fail to communicate or respect myself or my time, I'll have to fill that space with people who will value me. The list is long of people waiting for my services.
