Weโre growing fast and looking for a reliable, motivated Project Manager to join our team here at SP2 Contracting (based in London, KY).
If youโre organized, dependable, and take pride in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
* Ensure all materials are correct and on-site before each job begins
* Track material usage and report whatโs used per job
* Pick up and drop off trailers and materials as needed
* Communicate daily with crews, clients, and managers to ensure workflow and quality
* Assist in jobsite coordination and cleanup when necessary
* Help keep projects on schedule and on budget
Requirements:
* Must know how to pull & back a trailer
* Excellent communication and organization skills
* Reliable and self-motivated
* General construction knowledge preferred (not required)
* Must be 18 years or older
* Must have a valid driverโs license
* Must be able to pass a drug test
