Both our Russellville and Conway locations offer a weekly maintenance cleaning service, a variety of outdoor products, and pool chemicals. We also service all of the products we sell. Access to the IntelliCenter remote control functionality has been restored and users should now have full access to their pool’s remote control capabilities through the Pentair Pool app. If an IntelliCenter system does not appear on the Pools screen of the app, users can swipe down to refresh the screen, and the IntelliCenter should then appear.

Mobile app alerts and email notifications will remain off at this time. Users can check their outdoor control panel for alerts by pressing the Status Button on the IntelliCenter system. We will provide you with an update when these services have been restored.

IntelliCenter accounts created between May 25 - 28 may have been impacted. We will proactively reach out to impacted IntelliCenter users to assist in reprovisioning their IntelliCenter.
