Check out this project we just completed!!!!! This house was condemned and not livable and now!!!
About 2.5 months and I work a full time 3rd shift job.
We wanted to do so much more with this but the budget went out the windows the first week. We had to replace furnace and hot water heater.
All new floors
All new paint
New furnace
New hot water heater
New trim through out most the house
All new receptacles and switches
All new light fixtures
House inside is ready to go now we will start on the outside of the home.
We are fully booked the rest of the year however you can get schedules starting early as February 2027.
This is my 10th house in conneautville I have redone and the 5th one that was condemned that I have made livable. Saving this town 1 house at a time.
