Monday Minute: Visit your state's PFAS Action Plan on their EPA website or the federal government's website & look for information on how you can reduce your risk of exposure. Download & take screenshots of what you can that is helpful to you.

Why? Current federal proposal is to halt federal regulations & leaving states to regulate PFAS on their own.

What are/is PFAS: PFAS chemicals are chemicals have been produced since the 1940s & have direct links to major health concerns. PFAS chemicals make things nonstick, weather, stain resistance, etc.

This weekend I had my first in home demo in YEARS! I was nervous & so worried I would mess up. But once my host greeted me at her door, I was instantly at ease & reminded how much I love to share how to reduce toxins in the home. I made plenty of mistakes & fumbled my words but we talked, laughed, shared tips with each other & it felt so good.
