Returning to Colorado Update

Hello everyone! Thank you for being supportive of me in this difficulty time of my life. I have decided to return home to Colorado. I will either be leaving tomorrow evening or very early Sunday morning. We will return to normal schedules starting on Monday. For those of you that had appointments this weekend, I have changed the ones on Saturday but will keep Sunday that same. My driver will probably be picking up for me so I don't have to leave when I come home.

I cannot thank you enough for all the love and support that I received during this time.
My mother is still here with us at home in hospice care. I need to get back to some normalcy as well as Maddux. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!

We just had to share!

Hi everyone,

I wanted to send a quick reminder regarding the recent changes to pricing and turnaround times that went into effect on April 1st as the business continues to grow.

Updated Service Options:
• 2-Day Turnaround: $1.75/lb
• Next-Day Service: $2.00/lb
• Same-Day Service: $2.25/lb

If you were previously paying the $1.75/lb rate, your service has automatically been adjusted to the 2-day turnaround. If you would still prefer next-day or same-day service, please let me know. Otherwise, your service will remain at the 2-day turnaround until a change is requested.

As always, if I happen to finish your order early and my schedule allows, I may deliver it sooner at no additional charge beyond your selected service level. That said, this is simply something I do when I can—it won’t always be guaranteed, but I like to take care of my customers whenever possible.

These changes were made to allow me to continue growing, provide more flexibility in scheduling, and begin offering same-day service options when available.

Please also note:
• All deliveries will continue to be completed by 8:00 PM on your scheduled day
• Laundry must be set out no later than 8:00 AM on pickup day
• A $15 no-show fee will be applied if I or one of my drivers arrives for pickup and laundry is not available, as drivers are still compensated for their time

I do my best to stay efficient while also maintaining a healthy balance between work and family time, which is very important to me. I appreciate your understanding and support with this.

You may have also noticed an additional driver assisting with pickups and deliveries. Her name is Madeline, and she owns Mad Dash LLC Delivery Service. She’s been a great help in keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be seeing a flyer from her in your laundry soon—she also offers grocery runs, errands, and food delivery services.

We’re Turning ONE! (And adding something NEW!)🫧💜

Hello My Amazing Clients,

On March 23, Mamas To-Do officially turns ONE.

One year of laundry mountains, pickup routes, folding marathons, and saving relationships one basket at a time. Truly — thank you for trusting me with your clothes and supporting a local, one-woman business.

As we head into year two, I’m adding more flexible turnaround options to better serve different schedules and keep quality consistent as we grow.

Beginning April 1, service options will be:

✨ 2-Day Turnaround – $1.75/lb
✨ Next-Day Turnaround – $2.25/lb
✨ Same-Day Service – $2.75/lb
✨ $30 minimum remains

This gives you more control over speed when you need it — while still keeping an affordable standard option.

A quick note on early deliveries:
If I happen to finish early, I may drop off early. However, early completion is a courtesy and not guaranteed unless Next-Day or Same-Day service is selected. As volume increases, structure helps ensure every order receives the same level of care and reliability.

If you’d like to schedule before April 1 under the current structure, now’s the time.
