In an industry where so many people are saying the same things, I want to tell you about the people who make Honestly Clean LLC different. š
Because āweāre detailed,ā āwe care,ā and āwe go above and beyondā are easy things to say. What matters is what those words look like when we walk through your front door.
For me, they look like a team of very different people who each bring something special into your home and our business. And I absolutely love that about them.
š¾ Trista is our animal lover. With years of experience in pet and child care, caring for others comes naturally to her. She wants to know your pets by name. She notices their water bowls, makes sure theyāre clean and filled with fresh water, and checks that they have food. She understands that those little faces waiting at the door are family. That same care carries into the walks and pet sitting services we provide, because your animals deserve attention and love while youāre away.
āØ Jayden is our details queen. Glass shower doors, spots on the walls, baseboardsāshe takes real pride in getting those things right. At just 18 years old, she already has an eye for detail that makes me so excited for her future. Watching a young woman take ownership of her work, care about the result, and find confidence in what she does is one of the most rewarding parts of being her employer. She shines, and I hope she knows I see it.
šļø Tyler is our hospitality king. His years in hotel and concierge services show in the way he anticipates what a household needs. Heās the person changing a light bulb, tightening down a loose dishwasher, or helping snake a shower drain when the water wonāt go down while weāre cleaning. When something needs attention and he can help, he steps up. That instinct to make someoneās day easier is such a gift.
š” Sebastian brings hospitality experience and some of the muscle behind our organization. Coming from the hotel and hospitality industry, he cares about making sure all the details of your home are handled. He helps organize garages, does the heavy lifting, and rearranges furniture so your space works better for you. He takes real pride in tackling those bigger projects and helping turn an overwhelming space into something organized and usable. That willingness to roll up his sleeves and help bring your vision for your home to life means so much.
šŖ Joseph brings an amazing work ethic. Heās the first one on the job, ready to get moving. He works quickly and efficiently, and he brings a positive attitude that makes a difference to everyone around him. There is so much value in someone you can count on to show up ready, work hard, and keep a good attitude through a busy day. I appreciate that about him more than he probably realizes.
šļø Kendra is our part-timer with such a good heart. She cares about making the beds look perfect and remembering exactly where you like your pillows and shams arranged on the couch. Those preferences matter to her because they matter to you. Thereās something really special about coming home and realizing someone remembered how YOU like things.
š¤ Allye is our community connector. With years of experience in customer service and quality control, she understands how to answer questions, work through difficult problems, and help people feel heard. Sheās lived in the Valley her whole life, and I swear she knows everybody or has a connection to them somehow! She brings firsthand knowledge of the community, how the Valley operates, and the relationships that make it special. She is such a valuable resource and liaison, and she works hard to help our Valley operations run smoothly. Having someone who knows the community so deeply and cares about the people in it means so much to me.

I donāt need every person on my team to have the same personality or the exact same strengths. I love that theyāre unique. Part of my responsibility as their leader is recognizing what each person does well, helping them grow, and teaching them how to bring those strengths into the homes and communities we serve.
I bring 20 years of cleaning experience to that responsibility. Years of learning surfaces, products, soils, techniques, systems, and how to handle the unexpected. Cleaning well takes practice. Mastering it takes years. Teaching it takes patience, clear expectations, and the ability to see someoneās potential while helping them improve.
Thatās why Iām so proud of what weāre building.
At Honestly Clean, weāre able to care for a household in so many ways: maintenance and deep cleaning, pet sitting, house sitting, meal prep, organizing, decluttering, hoarder homes, move-in and move-out cleaning, and staging for home sales.
