💜 A little reminder from our small business 💜
As a small, locally owned cleaning business, we truly value every single one of our clients and do everything we can to be reliable and consistent.
That being said, sometimes life happens. Cars break down, people get sick, emergencies come up, and occasionally we are forced to reschedule a cleaning on short notice.
We understand that rescheduling can be inconvenient, and we genuinely apologize whenever it happens. We will always do our best to communicate as soon as possible, offer the next available options, and make things right.
We’re human beings running a small business, not a large company with backup employees and unlimited resources. ❤️ We care deeply about the quality of our work and the relationships we build with our clients, and we hope for that same understanding and grace when the unexpected happens.
