✨ A Personal Message from the Owner ✨
I know change can be tough. For so many of you, I’ve been the one personally cleaning your homes for years—since the very beginning of this business. You’ve welcomed me into your spaces, trusted me with your homes, and in many ways, become like family to me.
As I prepare to relocate out of state, I’m beginning to delegate my long-time clients to my amazing team, and I want to share my heart with you. I want to be honest—this is new for me too, and it feels a little overwhelming as I step into this change. Aside from leaving all of you (my clients), your families, pets, and everything that has become the “norm” for me behind, I am also relying on my team to step into my shoes and care for your homes with the same love and attention I always have. That is a lot of trust and responsibility—but I have faith in them, and I hope you will too.
I get so emotional when a client shares something like, “They’re amazing, but they’re just not you,” or “No one cleans like you—we miss you.” It reminds me how much trust and connection we’ve built over the years, and how personal this work has become—for me and for you. Those messages truly mean the world to me, and they make this transition even harder.
At the same time, I want to celebrate my amazing team. These girls are bubbly, kind, genuine, and down-to-earth, but they are also incredibly hard-working, skilled, and detail-oriented. They bring so much heart to every home they care for and are putting in the effort to learn, grow, and follow in my footsteps while maintaining the high standards you’ve come to expect. They are definitely feeling the pressure of me relocating—it’s a lot to step into my shoes—but they are handling it with dedication and care. I am so proud of them, and I know they will make you feel just as cared for as I have over the years.
I’m truly putting my livelihood in the hands of my amazing team. This business isn’t just a job—it’s our hearts, our passion, and the care we pour into your homes every day. I hope you’ll give us a little patience and trust as they step into this role, doing their very best to provide the same thoughtful, detailed care you’ve known from me for years.
I just ask for a little grace during this season. No one will ever be me—and that’s okay. My cleaners may not have my exact rhythm or years of experience yet—but they are skilled, caring, and committed to maintaining the high standards you’ve come to expect. With time, practice, and your understanding, they will continue to provide the thoughtful care for your homes that I always have.
When I first started this business, I was learning as I went. I didn’t have years of experience under my belt. I forgot things, missed things, made mistakes (and still do!)—and you always gave me grace. That trust and patience meant the world to me then, and helped mold me into the person I am today. I hope you can extend the same understanding to my team as we navigate this transition.
I also want you to know that I always hear your concerns. If something isn’t exactly what you’re used to, I take it seriously and address it directly with my team to ensure it’s corrected moving forward. My goal is that every home is cared for thoughtfully and to the standard you’ve come to expect. Your feedback is not just heard—it’s valued, acted upon, and helps us continue to provide the best service possible. Please never hesitate to reach out with any questions, suggestions, or concerns. Open communication is the only way we can keep improving and make sure your home feels just right.
Even from 700 miles away, distance doesn’t change my commitment to you. I’m still here for you, just a text or phone call away, and you remain a priority to me—always.
This is a big change for all of us, and it’s okay to feel a little uneasy—it’s new for me too. I’m nervous, I’m scared, and I just ask for your grace. Please give me—and my team—grace during this transition, and believe in them the way you’ve always believed in me. Your trust, patience, and kindness mean more than words can express.
