🚨 We’re hiring a Trenchless Construction Crew Lead in Clifton Park, NY.
This is a full-time leadership role for someone with field experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to lead crews, operate equipment, solve problems, and represent the company professionally.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of jobsite performance, safety, productivity, documentation, customer communication, and crew development.
Pay is $35-$40 per hour based on experience. 📋
What we’re looking for:
✔ 3+ years of construction, utility, excavation, plumbing, or underground infrastructure experience
✔ 3+ years leading crews or supervising field personnel
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital job systems
✔ CDL, OSHA, confined space, trenchless, utility, excavation, plumbing, drain cleaning, or equipment operation experience is a plus
