You Have To Understand Every Stain Won’t Come Up No Matter What Is Used Or Who Is Cleaning It. For Example Stains Like Wine, Fingernail Polish, Paint, Juice Sitting For A Long Period Of Time Are All Stains That Present A Challenge & Is A Chance They May Not Come Up. (Keep That In Mind) My Minimum To Come Provide Any Service Is $85. For Example. If You Just Need Your Stairs Done It Would Be $85. Pictures Are Required For Me To Inspect The Condition Of The Carpet & That Will Determine The Price. My Prices Even Then Are Very Affordable. My Machine Extracts Dirt Deep Down In The Carpet & Pulls That Dirt Up. For Upholstery I Steam Clean It Also To Kill Germs That May Be On It... I Am In Cleveland Ohio.
