🚨 We’re Hiring! Exterior Cleaning Technician (Soft & Pressure Washing) 🚨

Change Starts Here is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team! 💦

We specialize in soft washing, pressure washing, paver restoration, and sealing, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:
✅ Operate and maintain professional soft wash & pressure washing equipment
✅ Safely handle and apply cleaning solutions (training provided)
✅ Tow and back up a 16' trailer to job sites
✅ Complete paver repair, sanding, and sealing projects
✅ Perform occasional light painting (pool decks, driveways)
✅ Deliver excellent customer service to homeowners & businesses

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
🔹 Ability to tow a 16' trailer
🔹 Basic equipment knowledge (training provided for soft wash systems)
🔹 Comfortable working outdoors & using PPE
🔹 Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

Schedule & Growth:
🗓 Monday–Thursday, 9 AM until completion (occasional Fridays/Saturdays)
⏱ Part-time (20–25 hrs/week) with potential to grow into full-time (40 hrs/week)

Compensation:
💲 Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
📈 Opportunities for growth within the company
