Team Group, a global leader in industrial cleaning, is hiring full time employees to perform industrial cleaning services within the Kansas City Assembly Plant of Ford Motor Company. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are interested in learning new trades such as ultra-high pressure water blasting, confined space rescue, powered industrial vehicle operation, and HAZMAT clean up. Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Cleaning automotive paint booth systems
Cleaning floors including vacuum, sweeping, and mopping
Gathering trash and debris from process areas
Using high pressure and ultra-high pressure water blasting equipment to remove paint build up
Cleaning of restrooms, showers, and break rooms.
The employee is constantly required to
Stand and walk – employee is to remain on their feet for continuous periods of time. Shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours and 12 hours.
Lifting of 30-50 pounds periodically to include pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying objects
Understand safety guidelines and follow process as trained to meet quality standards of Team Group
Qualification
Cleaning experience is ideal however not required.
Flexible for overtime – within a 4-hour window of notice
Must be able to wear all required PPE - safety shoes, glasses or goggles, coveralls, or Tyvek suit, - all provided by employer

Shifts are 40+ hours per week – operations run 7 days a week 24 hours a day – excluding some holidays.
Multiple shifts available – days, afternoons, overnights
