Design Build Remodel Group of Maryland built this addition and married it to the stone house that was built in 1818. Beach Siding installed Certainteed siding on the addition and the existing dormers. We wrapped all of the windows frames and fascia boards on the existing house. We install 6 inch gutters and 3 x 4 downspouts to handle anything that comes off the steep roof.

Here are some progress pictures of the Moxley job today. We are installing Tyvek house wrap, Certainteed monogram D5” Dutch lap siding in (savanna wicker) with super corners, Hidden vent soffit, fascia and gutters. Superior materials + Superior workmanship = a great job !

We just started the Moxley project today. First we have to strip the house and then install Tyvek housewrap. Tyvek is a v***r barrier that will keep the house dry before siding is installed and long after. They want a full exterior remodel. We are using CertainTeed products on this house. Monogram siding, hidden vent soffit, supper corners, Mar free fabricated fascia, 0.32 gage 6” gutters with heavy duty hidden hangers and 3x4 downspouts. Stay tuned for the finished remodel.

We finish this massive hardy plank job today. Cement siding is very heavy and takes longer to install than traditional vinyl siding. All the trim is Azek Composite trim.

Before and after resurrection.
The existing homeowner's started building their new home 40 years ago and never finished it. The house just rotted away over the years. DBRG repaired rotten framing, sheathing, roofing and windows. Beach Siding installed # 1 Clear cedar siding, soffit and fascia. If we can transform this, imagine what we can do with your home.
