DLW Lawn and Landscaping is looking for experienced lawn care and landscaping workers.

Requirements:

Love working outdoors

Able to lift and carry 50lbs repetitively

Have experience with lawn equipment: Zero Turn Mowers, Walk behinds, weed-eaters, trimming, chainsaw, etc...

Punctual and dependable

Must be legal, licensed driver with ability to work on military installation.

Detail-oriented and take pride in a job well-done

We try to maintain M-F work week but weather does dictate our schedule. Work hours are 5am-3pm, will sometimes vary. Start rate is 17.00 per hour with pay increase after 90 days of no call-in or missed days.

We are looking for the right person ready to get outside and work their talents and be appreciated for a job well done.

We have multiple ways to keep you busy and show off your skills. Is it you we are looking for?

Can you:

• Safely operate landscaping and mowing equipment (zero-turns, walk-behinds, trimmers, etc...)
•bring your experience to keep our clients happy
•confidently and safely drive a truck and 20 ft trailer
•find satisfaction working outside M-F, ( sometimes weekends, if weather dictates)
•show proof of clean driving record and TN valid driver license
•get to work on time and have your own transportation
•start at 5am

Friends please leave your house prepared. Make sure you have all the supplies you need in case you get into trouble while driving. The roads are ice and the temperatures are extremely, bitter cold -6 wind chill.

Keep water, food, blankets, full tank of fuel and a traction aid in your vehicle.

You maybe be a great driver in this weather but your neighbor may not. Stay safe and warm.

The weather is expected to be hazardous if the ice moves in and lingers as predicted.

DLW is actively treating our contracted snow service clients with pretreatment ice melt at this time.
Ice and rain are very tricky, but know we are and will be working around the clock to be sure your business is ready for your customers as they arrive tomorrow.

Be safe and take your time if you have to be out.
