Friendly PSA: If you are needing cleaning services for a rental property/vacant home there MUST be running water and electricity turned on prior to scheduled cleaning! Any extenuating circumstances must be discussed at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning. Failure to do so, resulting in an inability to render services will result in an infrastructure disruption fee.
