As we begin to wrap up another busy winter season, we’d like to take a moment to say thank you.

This winter was no joke. Long lines, icy bays, and muddy floors. We sincerely appreciate everyone who came through, waited patiently, and continued to support us throughout it all!

Winter is our most demanding season, and while conditions aren’t always perfect during peak times, we work hard to keep everything running smoothly and as clean as possible. Your patience and understanding truly mean a lot to us.

We’re grateful for each and every one of you who chose Zippy’s Car Wash this season!

Winter is one of our busiest (and messiest) seasons ❄️🚗

Road salt, slush, mud, and snow build up fast! Not just on vehicles, but in our wash bays too. We work hard every day to keep everything as clean, safe, and well maintained as possible, even when winter throws everything it’s got at us. Attached are a couple photos of what a busy bay can look like after just a few hours in these cold temperatures.

We want to thank all of our customers for a busy winter season so far and for your patience during those extra messy days. We truly appreciate everyone who chooses to wash with us.

If anyone recognizes these two young men could you shoot me a message? I would like to have a chat with them. Just because a vending machine has malfunctioned, that doesn’t mean you take everything in it. These guys drive a blue 07-13 Chevy 1500 single cab pickup with a long bed. Photo of the truck is in the comments. Should be easily recognized by anyone that knows them.

Great news! Today I was finally able to install the credit card swipers in all the bays. I have tested them, and all are working perfectly. A couple things to note-

1-These machines charge a $10.00 hold on your card for approximately 24 hours. This is not the total amount you will be charged. If you use less then $10.00, it will charge accordingly by the next day.

2-Once you swipe your card, these will continue running until the “stop” button is pressed, or the maximum charge of $20.00 is reached. If you need more time after $20.00, simply swipe the card again.

3-if you notice any issues with the credit card machines, or anything else for that matter, my phone number is posted in the bays as well as the front room. Please don’t hesitate to call, I am happy to issue refunds or a free car wash if needed.

Big changes coming to Zippy’s Car Wash! Recently, you might have noticed some visual changes in the bays. Well, this is all preparation for the credit card machines being installed the second week of June (if everything goes as planned). All 4 bays will be equipped with these credit cards swipers, and will all still accept quarters if you prefer to use cash instead. Please bear with me as I expect it to take a little time for everything to be running smoothly as this is all brand new to me. My phone number is always posted in all the bays as well as the front room if you have any questions. Thanks to all my amazing customers! 🧼🚗

I just wanted to go ahead and thank all my amazing customers for their continued support. We had an extremely busy weekend with this unusually warm weather ☀️ Additionally, due to many requests, I will officially be adding credit card readers to all the bays this spring. This will be a huge upgrade and should make everyone’s experience at Zippy’s much easier. All bays will still have the option to use quarters as well. I hope everyone has a great week 🚙🧼

I’m hoping this post gets seen by the right crowd (you know who you are). I want to make it well known that none of my vending machines or the coin boxes in the bays have money in them at night. I empty them every single night. With that being said, PLEASE stop trying to get into them. You will get no money, I promise. You’re just embarrassing yourself. Don’t be like this guy. Please everyone share this so it can be seen across our community and hopefully I can stop dealing with this.
