Moments like this remind us that community isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we build, support, and grow together.

From Pilsen to Portage Park, it’s inspiring to see local businesses expand and continue sharing our culture, flavor, and hard work with new neighborhoods.

Felicidades to the entire Quesabirria Jalisco Tacos family on this milestone. Wishing you continued success, growth, and full houses every day.

HOLY SATURDAY.

Today is the silence.
The moment where everything feels finished…
where there are no answers.

Yesterday we walked with Jesus.
We felt the weight.
We witnessed the sacrifice.

And today…
only silence remains.

But even here—
God is still working.

Thank you to every volunteer, actor, organizer,
and to our entire Pilsen community
for showing up, for walking, and for keeping this tradition alive.

This is more than an event.
This is faith.
This is community.
This is Pilsen.

And the story isn’t over.
