We just completed a full gut of a Chicago bungalow bathroom for a long time family friend.

A lot went into updating this space and getting it back into tip top shape. All new plumbing/electrical/subflooring/duct work/newly framed walls and ceiling/new glass block window and much more.

I'm glad we had the opportunity to work with such a great family on this one. I truly hope they enjoy the new space for many years to come.

We just wrapped up a bathroom remodel for a family in Norridge. We updated an old bathroom with all new plumbing/electrical/tile work/ an air jet tub/ and modern finishes throughout! The final product turned out great.

It was a pleasure to work with such a great family throughout this project. I hope they enjoy the new bathroom for many years to come.

A quick sneak peak into a large remodel we have been undergoing for the past few months. Below are some of the before and after photos of the bathrooms we have just completed the custom tile work on. We are now awaiting the finishing touches. The custom marble tile has been installed throughout many of the bathrooms, and an awesome herringbone design for a shared bathroom. The Master bathroom will truly be a show stopper, with imported marble for the walls/floors and the inlay. The custom Dorn Bracht water features will be something to see. It will be a true master piece.

We just wrapped up a very large split level 1st floor remodel in Downers Grove for a great family. We removed all interior walls/old laundry room/powder bathroom and family room. The project came with many challenges, but what is remodeling without challenges! A few of the updates were new underground drain lines/all new copper supplies/complete electrical make over/new duct work ran through out/new framed space and all new interior walls for a brand new layout.

We added a full bath, with heated flooring/added a bedroom/new laundry room/ new entryway open concept mudroom from the garage (custom cabinetry at a later date) and updated the family room with an in wall electric fireplace and custom wood beams with accent lighting.

Thanks to all involved on this project, as the final product turned out great.

I hope the family enjoys the better use of the new space for many years to come!

2026 has some massive projects in the works and I cant wait to see them all come together.

We just wrapped up a double bathroom remodel for some great clients in Bartlett. I met them in Greece at a family friends wedding, we got to talking and one thing led to another and 2 bathrooms got remodeled! A lot went into these bathroom remodels, but the end product turned out great. Thanks to all involved. I hope the clients enjoy their new spaces for many years to come.

We just finished up staining a deck today in Woodridge that we built in June. We were back at it for a great family that we have had the privilege of working together with a few times over the past few years! Its always great conversations and laughs, along with work. I hope their family enjoys the new deck for many years to come.

The crew just wrapped up a bathroom remodel in Norridge. The project went smoothly from the beginning until the end. The final product turned out great and it was exactly as the homeowners desired. I hope they enjoy the new bathroom for years to come. We have 2 more projects that we are wrapping up this week and then onto a double bathroom remodel in Bartlett.

We just wrapped up a series of projects, for a close family friends family.

We added new kitchen countertops, a fresh coat of paint to the entire home, new custom fireplace and stone surround, carpet in the bedrooms and updated the electrical around the home. The final product turned out great and it was an absolute pleasure working with people we've known for quite some time.

I hope they enjoy the new spaces around the home with their family for years to come!

Quick transformation of a front porch and side windows. Removed old lose paint, glazed bad areas of old windows, and gave a fresh coat of paint to the areas worked on. Say good bye to that yellow and we added a rich color around the window trim/soffit/fascia and a soft blue to the ceiling. New curbside appeal for this early 1900's Chicago home.

Interior remodeling project in the process and staining only left to a new deck completed a few weeks back. Pictures soon to follow.

Our 1st exterior project of 2025 is in the books. It was nice to get back outside for a few upcoming projects in a row. Great transformation for this client. The past deck lasted over 30 years and this new deck may last 40 with all that went into it!
