Another big project in the books! For the past 18 months, we’ve been working at The Preserves of Kildeer at Kemper Lakes, handling post-construction cleanings for these incredible new construction luxury homes and keeping the model homes looking their best with bi-weekly regular cleanings.

It’s been amazing watching this gated golf course community come together from start to finish. We’ve seen these homes go from dusty job sites to fully polished, move-in-ready spaces and that transformation never gets old!

We’re grateful for the continued trust from the builder and proud to have played a part in bringing these homes to life. Now that this development is wrapped up, we’re already onto new developments together in other towns.

Time flies when you’re busy making homes shine, on to the next one.

Whew, what a project this was!When another company backed out last minute, we got the call and with only about a week’s notice, our team stepped up.Two buildings, a packed timeline with maintenance and painters in and out, and a tight deadline before students moved in for the semester.In that short time, our team cleaned over 100 student housing units from top to bottom, inside and out!We organized everything quickly, navigated the tight schedule and got it all done on time so students could move in without delay.The best part? While tackling this huge last minute project, all of our regular residential, commercial, and post-construction cleanings continued without interruption.Proud of the team for making it happen and wishing all the students a great semester ahead!

This view from the 27th floor overlooking Grant Park and Lake Michigan is hard to beat!

Today we visited this high-rise on Van Buren and Michigan Ave to provide a quote for student housing turnover cleaning of over 100 units before the new semester, along with daily cleaning for the hallways, lobby, gym, and other shared spaces.

We’re excited for the opportunity to help keep this beautiful building clean and move-in ready for its residents!
