MYTH ALERT! DIRT OR WEAR?

Those dark traffic lanes in your carpet might not be what you think!

Detective Nikki is on the case, investigating why some dark areas remain even after professional cleaning.

Is it dirt, worn carpet fibers, or a little of both?

Hubert Steam Cleaning is here to help you understand the difference.

Pet odor comes back after cleaning. Does that mean the carpet wasn’t cleaned properly? Not necessarily.
Pet odor can travel deeper than the carpet fibers into the backing, padding, or even the subfloor. That means the carpet may look and smell much better after cleaning, but a deeper odor source can sometimes make itself known again.
In our latest Myth Buster, Nikki reopens the case and explains why returning pet odor isn’t always as simple as it seems.
Case closed. Mystery solved.

More soap means cleaner carpet, right? Not necessarily! 😅

If your carpet doesn’t feel as soft and clean as it should, it may be time for a professional rinse and reset.

Call Hubert Steam Cleaning for your professional rest.

QUICK CARPET TIP: If a spot keeps coming back, the problem may be leftover cleaning product, not new dirt.

Too much soap can leave a sticky residue that attracts soil. Avoid repeatedly adding more cleaner. A proper rinse and extraction may be what the carpet really needs.

At Hubert Steam Cleaning, we look beyond the spot to help identify the real problem.
