Do you have a tough stain on your vinyl floor tile but not ready to strip and wax yet? Use a mixture of 1 cup white vinegar to 1 gallon of warm water and wipe or mop the stain. Vinegar also deodorizes and disinfects!

Dealing with cleanup after last night's party? Got carpet spills? Mix 1/4 cup vinegar with a teaspoon of Dawn dish soap in a spray bottle. Fill the rest with water. Apply a generous amount to the stain. Let sit for 5 minutes, then blot (don't rub) until stain is gone.
