At this point, you’ve probably heard of pest control and pest management — but did you know they’re not the same thing?
It comes as a shock to some folks ;)
So allow us to clear up any confusion:
Pest controllers locate the source of your pest problem, identify the severity of the infestation, and treat the affected areas.
They handle all of the pest-removal tasks that will rid your home of any unwanted guests. Additionally, pest controllers offer solutions to your pest problems, and advise you on how to prevent future infestations.
Pest managers, on the other hand, identify factors that may lead to infestation, and take action to help you prevent it. They don’t typically handle the pest eviction process.
Instead, pest managers will let you know which of your habits and practices are putting you at risk for infestation. From there, they’ll recommend lifestyle changes you can make to keep the pests from getting into your space.
We hope this helps!
