"We recently moved to Charlotte and purchased a home that needed a lot of work done. We were so fortunate to find Nice Neighbor Contracting. Under Chuck's cheerful direction a series of polite, quick, competent professionals took care of our issues, from a structural engineer to a carpenter.
The total work done consisted of all new gutters, drains to remove water around from the house, extensive repair of the foundations, the exterior of the house sealed and painted.

closet converted to custom cabinets/countertop - former bedroom coverted to Wine Tasting Room. This shows old closet now a display as well as working area for Wine Tastings with custom built-in cabinets for storage and use of wine tools/glasses, etc. New trim and custom paiint to match

Entrance to custom Wine Cellar - Solid wall opened up and solid Mahogany Designer door installed and stained. Also remodeled bedroom to create a wine tasting room where the door is which included new floors, ceiling, lighting, paint, French doors trim and converted closet to recessed cabinet for wine glasses, etc.
