Happiest of Mother’s Days to all out moms out there…And especially to my mom — one of the hardest working, kindest, and most selfless people I know.

Growing up, she taught me the importance of showing up, working hard, treating people right, and taking pride in what you do every single day. A lot of who I am today — both in life and in business — comes from her example.

We’ve had several clients reach out with questions about our plans given the current drought conditions. As of now, water usage and conservation measures remain voluntary, but restrictions could be put in place in the near future.

***With that in mind, we are coming up to a busy part of our season and if you’ve been considering having your home washed this summer, it may be wise to schedule sooner rather than later.

While some rain is expected this weekend, drought condition are still present and likely to continue. Of course, we will continue to monitor the situation as it develops.

A number of people have asked about the chalky residue on their siding—this is called oxidation. It’s a natural breakdown of the paint caused by exposure to the elements over time, including sun, heat, rain, and cold.

A standard house wash does not remove oxidation and, in some cases, can actually make it more noticeable. Proper treatment requires a two-step process: first, a thorough cleaning of the surface, followed by the application of a specialized oxidation-removal solution.
