After —> During —> Before. What started as skimmer and rail replacements turned into a full replumb and deck for this pool. The pool had multiple leaks because it was plumbed entirely in restrictive and unreliable 1.5” flexible PVC. Flex pipe should NEVER go underground, let alone be used at all. We upsized the plumbing, used over 500 feet of pipe, and utilized all sweep fittings to maximize flow on this pool. Larger Aquastar skimmers let us use 2.5” plumbing on the suction side. New Sr Smith commercial grade rails, new filters, and new deck/coping will allow this pool to be running as efficiently as possible for decades to come.

This project bordering Forest Park came out amazing. There was no shortage of headaches after this pool had a 120ft tall tree fall on it cracking the shell and concrete deck. We replaced the original 1950’s concrete skimmer, about 1/3 the shell and the entire bond beam, then added 3 new returns, 2 lights, and a beautiful UWC Sparkle Quartz finish (Laguna Blue). In top of this was new equipment including an Intellicenter and intelliflo3 pump. Thank you to all the partners who helped us get this complex job knocked out.

Underground plumbing doesn’t scare us. Thanks to prompt and accurate leak detection by we were able to get this new Pentair pump room back up and running within 3 days of leak detection after cutting out a cracked 45 elbow fitting.

Had a great time helping out Bluescape Pools on this new build in Oregon City. Beautiful Sparkle Quartz Tahoe finish, Blue Seas Tile, Bluestone coping and Pentair equipment set with Intellicenter, Intellichem, microbrites, and Bioshield UV.
There are a few more items to finish up but we are excited to see this pool in the sunshine.

This remodel had all sorts of challenges including flooded suction over 5 feet below the main drain of a 8 foot pool! New valves, plumbing, pump, filter, solar valves, and the addition of Intellicenter control has this house ready for AirBNB guests and a summer of fun.

We had to get creative to provide some straight pipe going into this pump. Sweep 90’s and upsized pipe to 2.5” gave this pool a huge flow improvement and the new Intelliflo 3 relay and touchscreen 011078 provides automation for their lights and booster pump, all while saving over $800 per year in electricity costs.

Out with the old, in with the new in the Portland Hills, overlooking the Oregon Zoo. 3 stories of stairs and a tight space didn’t stop us from upgrading this 150K heater to a 250K Mastertemp. We will be later installing the new Intellivalve bypass to maximize heater life and filtration rate.
