This was after the room cosmetic upgrade!

The paneling was removed, new sheetrock was installed, and then textured and painted.
The beam was overlaid with pine and stained.
New pine trim was stained and placed around the windows, door frames, baseboards, and crown molding. The fireplace mantle was refurbished and stained. A new light fixture was installed. The benches/storage containers and shelves were removed. T.V. was installed.
