Hi besties! 💛

If you’ve placed an order with us this month, please check your email for invoices. I have quite a few past-due invoices, and I also got a little behind on sending invoices this past week. 😅

I’ll be getting everything caught up tonight. Sometimes invoice emails end up in spam folders or get lost altogether, so if you have a past-due invoice and haven’t seen it, don’t panic! I’ll be reaching out by text tomorrow as well.

One thing I always want our customers to know: Donna, Shayla, and Sam are paid on the day they pick up your laundry. They never wait for invoices to be paid. I’m the one who handles invoicing and collects payment afterward to put back into the business account.

I have worked really hard to keep our prices where they are, even as utility costs, gas prices, and other business expenses continue to rise. Prompt payment helps keep The Yuck Duck running and allows us to continue providing affordable laundry service to our communities.
