As a courtesy reminder, in light of the upcoming summer season and numerous vacations, I am instituting a 48-hour notice requirement for all appointment changes or cancellations. This policy will enable me to accommodate other clients who have been waiting for a spot in the rotation, particularly those with recurring weekly or bi-weekly appointments. In the event of a cancellation without sufficient notice, a fee equal to half the service cost will be applied to the next appointment. Please note that exceptions will be made for emergency situations. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. With only two cleaning days per week, I strive to optimize my schedule to meet the demands of my clients. I will send a confirmation text 24 hours prior to your appointment.
